Welcome to Decals Emblems Hawaii.

You agree and acknowledge to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) and Privacy Policy by accessing the DecalsEmblems.com website (“Site”) or by using the services offered by DecalsEmblems.com (“Services”). Please do not access the Site or use the Services if you do not agree to these Terms. DecalsEmblems.com reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. So we suggest that you check this page regularly for any changes.

Pricing:

While we try to make every attempt to avoid the errors, data sometimes might be inaccurately displayed on the Site. DecalsEmblems.com will not honor any inaccurate or erroneous prices. DecalsEmblems.com reserves the right to change the prices without prior notice.

Sales tax is applicable only on the orders shipped to the addresses within the State of Hawaii.

Returns:

For any reason if you are not satisfied, Decals Emblems has an easy return policy. For details, please read the return policy.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped twice a week on Wednesday and Friday although it is not uncommon for order to be shipped daily or evey other day. Your estimated arrival date for shipping is just an estimate. Since postage is handled by a third party member we cannot guarantee delivery. DecalsEmblems.com does however take responsibility of goods until it is delivered to your doorstep.

Content:

By posting any kind of content on DecalsEmblems.com, you are posting for the general public. DecalsEmblems.com is a non adult related site meaning we frequently have children visiting also. DO NOT POST PORNOGRAPHIC OR SEXUAL PRODUCT RELATED LINKS ON OUR SITE.

Gift Certificate:

  • Gift Certificates must be redeemed only through DecalsEmblems website http://www.DecalsEmblems.com 

  • Gift Certificates and unused portions of Gift Certificates should be spent within two years from the date of issuance. (Does not apply to California or where prohibited by law.)

  • Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and can not be returned for a cash refund. Gift Certificates are not transferable.

  • Gift Certificates can not be used to buy Gift Certificates.

  • DecalsEmblems is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

  • Use and/or purchase of a Gift Certificate constitutes acceptance of DecalsEmblems.com's Terms of Service.

Property Rights:

DecalsEmblems.com solely and exclusively owns all the property including images on its site.Title and interests in and to the Services and the Site, except as expressly provided for in these Terms. 

Prohibited Use:

You may not cause harm to the Site or the Services. For example, you may not:

  • Harm the Site and the Services by using viruses or any other programs or technology designed to disrupt or damage any software or hardware.

  • Use a robot, spider or other device or process to monitor the activity on or copy page from the Site, except in the operation of an internet search engine or similar technology.

  • Use any meta-tags, search terms, key terms, or the like that contain DecalsEmblems's name.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability:

DecalsEmblems.com provides the Site and the Services on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. DecalsEmblems.com does not warrant that the Site and Services will be uninterrupted, or the information contained on the Site will be accurate, reliable or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Under no circumstances shall DecalsEmblems.com  be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any kind, or any other damages whatsoever (however arising, including by negligence), including without limitation, damages related to use, misuse, reliance on, inability to use and interruption, suspension, or termination of the Site or Services, damages incurred through any links provided on the Site and the non-performance thereof and damages resulting from loss of use, sales, data, good-will or profits, whether or not DecalsEmblems.com has been advised of such possibility. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with this Site or Services or with DecalsEmblems.com  shall be to terminate the use of this Site and Services.
