Public's Return Policy 

Here at Aloha Pearls we recognize the importance of customer satisfaction. For this reason we offer a 14 day full money back warranty on any merchandise that you purchase from us! This makes all transactions with us 100% safe and puts our clients at ease when shopping. If for any reason at all you decide to return the item you purchased please attach your RMA Order Number and a tracking number on the package. Please note refunds may take up to 4 weeks on credit cards upon arrival of returned merchandise. Returned items must be in undamaged condition and shipping will be the buyer's responsibility.

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DecalsEmblems.com within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Due to abuse of certain individuals (purchasing items and using them for a night out then returning them for a refund) shipping and return costs are at the clients expense. If refunding a credit card a small fee may be applicable by our processor.

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Wholesale Returns 

Ordered bulk but have a problem with your shipment? Aloha Pearls will fix any issue. Please contact our offices within 48 hours of receiving your shipment for a quick solution. If you have merchandise you would like to switch out you may do so by sending the unwanted merchandise back and we will issue your requested new product. Any questions should be directed to us through either email or over the telephone.

Custom Order Return Policy

Sorry, we cannot offer return policies for any of our custom order goods unless they are defective.  If you need to return some defective goods please contact us directly or through email for instructions on how to proceed.
